I know this sounds crazy but I have been making healthies choices for the past 4 wks and finding I am not as hungry .
there are days I struggle getting all the calories in, I log things I plan to eat for the evening to fill the amount but then forget later to eat them because I'm just not hungry. I have dieted for years but this has never happened I am losing though but I just don't want to eat to little and stop losing.
