250 cals quick food from shop?

I am going out tonight and I am drinking - I have factored in the alcohol but I need something to eat to make sure I don't get drunk.

I have 250 cals left for dinner which I could normally cook but I am staying at my friends and I just though I would pick something up on the way - any ideas on what is low calorie but filling?

I don't want anything too carby either...?

i know it's a big ask..

..Oh and I am UK based.

    You could get grilled chicken? With raw tomatoes or whatever vegetable you like.

    In my town there are 2 places to get a whole or half grilled chicken, of course I live in sweden so things might be way diffrent where you're at... And as long as you don't have any sause or chips or whatever you should be fine.
    100 grams of grilled chicken without bones is around 200 calories.

    Or you know, get a salad without sauce or vinager based sauce.
