Am I losing weight too fast?

So far I have lost 6 pounds in 16 days (just over 2 weeks). I am eating the calories MFP says to, sometimes just over and sometime under. I was working out regularly last week, but I have have a cold/allergy thing going on and not feeling up to working out so I am just extra carful on what I am eating. Am I losing weight too fast or is this normal? I am really serious about losing all my baby weight, so I don't mind that it's coming off fast. I just want to make sure I am staying healthy too! :smile:

    Usually when you start a new plan the weight comes off quickly...I wouldn't worry about it for now. I think it will taper off to smaller losses. If you are eating enough and not feeling hungry or starving yourself, I'd say be happy and go for it! :happy:

    I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you are eating healthily and not hungry you will be just fine. There will be good weeks like these and there maybe bad weeks later. Just keep up the hard work and it will be ok:)
