not enough carbs

Heej you all!

This is my first post. I've just started to use My Fitness Pal, because I wanted to know if I was living healthy. Well, apparently not. The big problem I seem to have the last few days is that I don't eat enough carbs. I know I should eat more of them, but I'm simply not hungry in the evening. Is this a bad thing to lose weight, or can I keep up what I'm doing?

Many thanks!

It is hard to advise what you could add to your diet if we don't have a snapshot of what you normally eat in a day.

Add these things to your diet for more healthy carbs:

    Raw and lightly steamed vegetables,
    Legumes, beans, nuts and seeds,
    High fiber 100% whole grains,
    Raw, whole, fresh fruits,
    Most low fat dairy.

Thanks for your reaction :) I think I just add some rice and pasta the next few days.

But carbs are sugars, right? So if I don't need enough of it, it couldn't be that bad? Or could it?

I'm sorry but I'm really not into all these carbs/protein/etc-things...

The only reason I could think of to be concerned with carbs being too low would be performance/feeling issues. If you feel fine and your exercise is going well and your energy levels are sufficient, I wouldn't concern yourself with getting more carbs in (assuming that you are eating the appropriate calorie intake which implies you are beyond sufficiency in pro/fat).
