how do you log workout from home gym?

We have a Weider 1200 Weight System that I've dusted off and decided to use. There's a chart that came with it to show you different exercises you can do and what muscles they will work. So I have a few questions: How do you log it on here? Do you have to log each thing seperately, or would you do it as a group? Does anyone have a similar system they use and have a routine? Should I try to do the A, B, C thing and do certian muscles for A group, then the next day do different muscles for B group and so on? I wasn't sure what to do, so this morning I did 9 different things, 10 of each, and did 3 sets. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
