Question about the body's tendency to adapt to exercises

So this is a purely curiosity-based question, as I'm already beyond my weight loss goal and absolutely happy with my workouts!

I know the body is good at adapting to the same, repeated workouts that you do and will start to burn fewer calories. I am curious though, if this still happens to a degree when you do the same/similar type workouts that you do, but there are multiple ones that you do, on different days during the week. For example, I do the same dance classes every Wednesday and Thursday, and then 2 lifting routines I use on different days, and running on different days. I'm doing the same 3 types of workouts every week, but I'm doing different ones each day.

Any thoughts? Does the body remember that well? Again, I'm just feeling curious today, lol!

We all adapt to what we do, yes. But all you need to do is lift a little heavier each time, or run a little faster or longer, or dance a little more intensely. That's all you really need to do.
