30 day shred help!

I am hearing a lot of good things about the 30 day shred. I looked it up and there are like five different types..should I just get the newest one? Or the first one? I am not interested in the yoga because of a back injury :( I didnt do a lot of research yet, I just wanted to see what success you all had on it. And which dvd did you buy?
