How much weight did you lose before people started to notice?

I'm taller (6' 2") & I part my fat on the side, so I can hide it better. It took about 20 lbs before I got my first outside the family comment.0

10 lbs-everyone noticed my face wasn't as rounder!0

when i went down a pant size...about 20 lbs0

When my shirts starting getting tighter (I started buying smaller fitting clothing)0

After I had lost 30+ pounds, it was like a light bulb went on and now everyone says it.0

The first person asked me after I'd lost 40 pounds. Then more noticed after 50.0

No one noticed enough to say anything until close to 30 pounds.
At around 50 pounds, people who hadn't seen me in a while had a hard time recognizing me.
At around 70 pounds, people who saw me regularly but weren't close friends had a hard time recognizing me.
By 100 pounds, even I didn't recognize me.0 -
10+ pounds. A few people are noticing now. I'm on my last 15 pounds though and I think each week will be a noticable change. I'm really excited about it. It's been a LONG time since I've been here.
Just keep going - don't give up!0 -
10 pounds but only because I lose weight first in my face..well there and boobs...People really started commenting after 20/250
