Hey everyone! I'm struggling to get enough fat in my food plan and am way over in protein. I've gathered from other posts that I'll be hard pressed to get too much protein, but is there a concern with not getting enough fat? I'm getting about half of what MFP recommends. Feedback is helpful!

Without seeing your diary, it is sort of hard to comment, but adding nuts, olive oil, and the like will get your fat levels up as will half an avocado.

Shoot for approximately .4-.5g/lb bodyweight as a target for fat intake. For example, if you weigh 150, 75g fat would be plenty reasonable.
