Afraid of being judged at the gym?

No one cares how much weight you can lift, no one cares how far you can run on the treadmill, no one even really cares if you work hard or not...but you will be judged. Like it or not, everyone is judged in the gym to one aspect or another. If you go in there and work your butt off, or if you're in there for an hour and don't even have to change your clothes, you're judged accordingly. However, if that is keeping out of the gym or lifting weights, then you'll be judged in public for being overweight, under weight, or not fit in general...not only by perfect strangers, but probably by your close friends and family.

You are judged daily, in the gym or not, so just get in there and work your butt off!

The only people I pay any attention to at the gym are people who are in much better shape than me, and of course attractive females. I like to see what the muscular guys do differently than me. And of course I can't help but notice the females the way they are usually dressed.
