Hello, My name is Anna and I am 28 years old and starting once again on this weight loss journey. I have been overweight most of my whole existence, but it is now taking a toll on my health so it's time to get serious. To say I love food and hate exercise is a total UNDERSTATEMENT!!! I hope I can use this tool to better help me reach my weight loss goals. I also hope to meet new people on here and be supported and support others in the process )

Wishing everyone a great day I am new here thank you to my great friend Jessifer I am starting my healthy lifestyle today,
I eat well and I do excerise a few times a week and I am a member of shapes and I am there a few times a week my goal is to be there at least 4 days a week and to get on my dvd's and my dance game at home. Sometimes I just feel tired from work and really don't feel like doing anything. I am a great motivator but I have lack of motivation for my self does that make sense??

Hello everybody!!
I am a new member, I signed up about 4 weeks ago, been exercising and eating well for like a week now, so joining myfitnesspal community to motivate me!
I am hoping to lose about 44 pounds!! Half already lost 7 since christmas!! So Im really hoping to achieve well!
Feeling really motivated at the moment and hoping to succeed!!!
