This is my second week here on MFP and so far I love it! This is my first post- Eek! I went to the gym 4 times last week and 2 days I did 30 DS. I lost 4 pounds in 1 week and I feel like I'm finally on a roll! ....enter: possibly broken toe! Last night I dropped something super heavy on my big toe (I know....just a toe!) but it is sooooo painful! It hasn't stopped throbbing and I can barely walk on it. It hurts to put socks on!
Any tips on exercises I can do with little 'foot impact'? It may seem like such a basic question but I'm new at this!!
...I wanna keep up my momentum

Hmmm... back when I had a broken toe I could do everything except wear pointe shoes during ballet. Sorry that yours is being so troublesome, I hope it gets better soon!
I have a hip injury right now so I'm definitely feeling ya on the frustrations and tweaking of workout routines.0 -
Ya- wondering if the elliptical would be ok? It's definitely my fav. machine at the gym... I'll have to give it a try!!
Thanks for responses!0
