I'm thinking of making some Oopsie Rolls today after seeing them on several blogs and recipe sites. Has anyone ever made these and how did you like them? I'm looking for a good family dinner and wondering what you do with your Oopsie Rolls!

    They are a low-carb replacement for a roll. You make them with whipped egg whites, egg yolks, and a little cream cheese. I made them this morning and I'll probably just use them as a replacement for a sandwich roll tonight :)
