Thirst

Added carbs and somehow went from being hardly ever thirsty and drinking way too little, to drinking 4 liters a day. What happened? Why am I so thirsty?
Seems like I'm also holding the water since I suddenly gained weight and actually ate less.

Extreme thirst can be attributed to diabetes. Eating more carbs can make your blood sugar rise. Maybe get a blood test done to rule that out?0

I would definitely get checked for diabetes, just in case. Hopefully it's a false alarm.
However, adding carbs can also make you thirsty. I drink between 3 and 4 liters a day, every day. I'm thirsty without it now!0 -
I agree, that's one of the biggest signs of diabetes.0

Hmm.. I do know I have instable bloodsugar, will get it checked out asap!0
