New, Looking for people in 20's-30's to keep me on Track!

I am 28 yr old mom and wife. I am very active. I love free weights, yoga, and circuit training. My main down fall is my diet, or lack of diet. I just love food!! I am wanting to change that, I need to lose about 20lbs give or take. I am looking for people to keep me motivated and trade tips, advice, workouts, blogs, websites... You get the point. I would love all the friends I could get
