The middle of June, I will be going to the beach. I have been playing around on MFP since Dec. 190th, but it is time to get some serious weight loss going here!! I have 15 lbs to lose by then, would love to lose more. I know I can do it, I did it last year at exactly this time, and lost 22.
So.....with that being said....it is 1.2 lbs a week from here on out, or more!!

You can do it! Vacations are VERY motivating! (I'm trying to get in shape for one, too)!0

you can do it! I want to go to Greece sometime soon (April.... May time...) and I want to be at my mini goal of 175 by then! will take alot of really hard work but I can do it! and I can do it the healthy way!0

Thanks....I felf better or more at ease for doing it when I started in Dec, although I have been lacking a good bit of motivation... but now..no excuses.0
