Hello all!

Im new to this fitness pal thing! I think its a great program but as far as my workout is going im kinda feelin a lil upset... Ive been goin strong working out everyday for around 2 months I run for 30 minutes a day (intervals on the treadmill) alongside with weight lifting and i do this for 5 days a week. ALSO i do kickboxing on MWF. I weigh 195 and havent lost one pound. My diet is slightly off, i cant seem to maintain a 4-6 meal diet however i dont think just that would hinder my weight loss. Any input would definitely help!
