Lady lifters needed

I am starting to lift tomorrow (which I have NEVER done). I am looking for a few "friends" who do this regularly that could give me some advice. I am following Jamie Easons plan. Not looking to bulk up just be solid and toned.

    I am on week 6 of Jamie Eason's plan, but am taking a week off to see if I can experience some relief from chronic headaches! I will be back at it next week though! LOVE IT! Send me a request!!!

    I lift free weights in the gym, I don't know if that makes me a lifter, and most of the time i am most certainly not a lady.... I push the weight up when I can because I like to challange myself... and the bench press is most certainly my faverate but I only do 55lbs... My real strength is in my legs, in my youth I could leg press 650kg these days 150kg is enough for me.

  • I love lifting and have been doing it for about three years, although more seriously and heavier in the past year. Nothing changes your body the way weights do! They will not make you bulky (trust me, I've been trying so hard to bulk up in the past year, and it's been tough!) but I love the way my arms, back, legs and shoulders have gotten so toned! I'm definitely hooked! =)
