So I am about a month into my new eating habits and I have lost 14 lbs. People have been telling me I look good and that they can see the weight loss in my neck and face and in my torso. As excited as I am that people can see all my hard work paying off, I seam to lose any of this arm fat! I am already beginning to look disproportionate so if I get down to my goal weight with all this arm chub im going to look so weird. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!! How can I slim up my arms? I don'd want 'em bulky I want 'em skinny!

Unfortunately, you can't spot train. When you lose fat, you lose it wherever it wants to be lost, and you can't really control it. However, you can do things to tone certain body parts. The BEST workout for toning arms (and most of the rest of your body) push ups. Even if you have to do knee push ups, like me, you're working your arms, shoulders, back, abs, they're amazing. And if you really feel like being hardcore, try burpees. I hate them and love them all at the same time.0

Congrats on the 14lbs!!! I had the same problem when I lost a bit of weight a couple of years ago. But now I'm starting fresh, and am also interested to know what advice/exercise other MFP'ers can recommend.0

Weights.
Even tho you can't spot reduce, lifting weights will help slim your arms & give shape.0 -
My arms and bra fat are always the last place I store my fat. It takes me 18% body fat about to loose the pudge roll.0

Sadly, you can't spot reduce. Just keep losing weight and eventually it should come off of your arms, I have the same problem. Lift weights to tone though and that will help give your arms more shape as you lose the fat.0

Definitely try weights! I am and already I feel a difference and I'm sure I'll see a difference in a while!0
