I just thought I'd pop in here with a post, I've been using MFP since the middle of January, I mostly use the Android App to keep track of my excercise and what I eat. It's paying off so far. I've been excercising a few years now, but only really in the form of cycling a daily five mile round trip to work and a cycle every few weeks into the city centre, so that'd be twenty miles.
Since Xmas I've started excercising on my excercise bike daily, doing an hour normally. Last week I started the 200 situps program and added that, I'm also doing a few free style weights here and there.
At my heaviest before Xmas I was up to almost 104KG, so being down to 95 is nice, and since signing up here I've lost another 5.5KG.
I'm really enjoying the excercise and like food, so if i eat well then I work it off, MFP makes that so easy.
