more nutrition and exercise, what's my odds you think?

Hi i have a question. I have heard that weight loss is 60% nutrition and the rest is exercise. (I think thats what i heard, not sure on the %) Anyway, i feel like i am going to really run into a problem at some point in time. I'll for sure plateau! I am not very good with nutrition. I hate almost all vegis. I do however love fruits. I have tried time and time again to like vegis, its just hard. Also i have a thing where textures bother me too. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before and successfully lost weight? I feel like if some how i dont get all my nutrition in i will just plateau and not be able to reach my goal. Can anyone share with me their experience and also maybe some advice?

Weight loss is mainly just about calories in and calories out, so you don't necessarily have to eat healthy foods if you are within the calorie goals you set.
HOWEVER - for health, nutrition is important, and that includes veggies. Maybe try experimenting with some more to see if there's a way you do like something? Healthy foods like veggies also contribute to weight loss in the sense that you can eat a huge plate of them for comparatively few calories. That means you get to eat more of filling, good foods, which helps you stick to your calorie goals even better.0 -
Try and hide your vegies in foods, maybe hide them in an omelet, add extra carrots and peas in stews etc, you don't have to eat salads to get your vegies. Try and find one vegie that you like and eat more of that and introduce something new every week or so, if you make smoothies or shakes you can add carrots, beetroot and. Lots of other vegies to it, experiment with it till you find something that works.0
