Hello everyone--I hope you had a better Valentine's Day then I did! I just realized that I have a seriously sad problem of eating good for two to three days, then losing it on the fourth or fifth day. I have been sitting here contemplenting it and I realized: could I be eating too little and then getting so fed up with eating so little that I go crazy?
Does anyone else have this? I was thinking of having one or two cheat days (aka weekends) in order to boost my metabolism and keep me motivated during the other days of the week...
What do you think?
I usually eat 1200 calories on my good days....
I want to lose six pounds in four months so I spread out my weight loss, but I still feel like these 'cheat' days are getting to me.
Any advice?!
