Hi! I am Diana. I am in Texas (Dallas area). I am doing a fitness challenge with my community until March 8. We started January 16, but I have only lost 3 pounds :( I am getting discouraged, but I will stick with it. We exercise 4 days a week for 50 minutes (with a trainer) and also walk a mile (or 2) on the weekends. I am here hopefully to make new online friends and to track my goals of exercise, eating and weight loss. Good luck everyone!:love:
