I guess it would be easier to help if you opened your diary? If you're hungry - eat. Just eat clean, healthy foods0

Go over on your sugar, don't leave that many calories uneaten.0

without seeing your diary its hard to properly comment, but 800 calories under goal is a lot - I would worry more about that than abut sugar. Try something with protein perhaps, which won't have lots of sugar, or at least something with no added sugar.
If you are watching sugar as well as calories, its important to plan your day so this situation doesn't happen everyday. Or was there something different today?
Good luck0 -
Veggies are sugar free
I go ove rmy sugar a lot but it's better then not eating enough calories because that can make you plateau.0 -
If you are hungry, eat. If your not, don't. Just stick with something that isn't sugary. No fruits or sweets.0

Eat. Everything has sugar in it...MFP doesn't break out the table sugar v. the natural in food sugar. Eat some steamed vegetables and a protein. Low sugar and healthy. Add some olive oil or nuts to for more calories.0

I'd be more worried about the lack of protein (and calories) than going over a low goal for sugar! You should eat!0

That's a lot of cals to leave today - eat more!0

OK, so I looked at your diary. You are leaving really big deficits almost every day - you need to try and hit your target, to properly fuel your workouts and keep your body running properly.
Before I say you are not eating enough I have 2 questions:
1) Are you being accurate with everything you eat and log? i.e. logging everything, weighing and measuring everything?
2) How are you calculating your calorie burn for exercise?
If your diary is correct I would suggest not worrying too much about sugar at this stage, get on top of calories, and then slowly start making food choices that reduce your sugar intake. But thats just my opinion!

It depends on if that's 800 calories left AFTER you've exercised or before. If it's extra because you kicked butt exercising the it's ok to leave some but if you haven't exercised then you need to eat closer to your goal calorie limit.0
