Tabata, anybody doing it.

I downloaded "Tabata High Intensity workout" a month ago and have done it every day since.
I do the warmup, the total workout,"beginner, intermediate, advanced and the warmdown.
All in all it takes 38 minuets to do. Depending on what you do, in the high intensity time, you will
say wow at the end of the workout.
