My way hasn't worked-

and I figured it's time to change my way. I'm new, and looking forward to the goals I've set for myself. I'm hoping to meet some like minded people who can keep me on track when I'm falling down, and for whom I will do the same. my goal weight is 50 punds lighter than where I am, but my main focus is regaining control of my own body, and knowing I can count on it when I need to.

So hello! Here's to a lifetime of health, rather than a diet and exercise plan.

    MFP does work. I have been here every day for 90 days and have made huge lifestyle change. Some days are better then other but its a journey and I refuse to go through life without good food. Welcome and feel free to add me.
