Sugar!!!!

How does everyone do with their sugar intake? Mine is always above what MFP recommends for me and most day I try so hard to not eat so much sugar. I understand that MFP doesn't consider the source of sugar (ex. fruit) but does anyone have any tricks to avoiding so much sugar?

    i don't bother tracking it. i look at overall carbs.

    Mine is pretty much double each day. And I've never felt better. Hit my cals, hit my macros, hit the gym. Its all good.
