Body Cleanse Ideas?

My hubby and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend...the whole weekend. Lots of indulgent eating and very minimal workouts. The scale went up a LOT. I know a lot of it is water weight and junk in my body, so I'm wondering what's the quickest way to get it out. I know to drink water, and I know exercise is key, but what else can cleanse my and get rid of this crap.
