Is it safe, can I do it? Never would it be more than 24 hours and part of that I would be sleeping. Is it ok as long as I stay hydrated? Any research, tips, experience please. Thanks

I great feed four babies. You should not fast. It will lower your milk supply. If you are doing it for religious reasons. Just give up sugar or bread for the day but still eat. And if you are doing it for weight loss, DON"T. You need to cut yourself some slack and realize a you are a very important part of your babies survival. You will loose weight eventually. FOr now pride yourself in the fact that by eating right and taking care of your self you are providing your baby with the best food available for him/her to grow.0
