Post-workout nausea

Does anyone else feel super nauseous after working out? I know everyone says to eat back exercise calories, but I can only eat back a few (if any at all) because I constantly feel like I'm going to throw up.
What I do manage to eat is usually fairly high in protein, but it almost feels like eating after a workout makes me feel even more nauseous than before.

If my reserves are too low and I work out- then yep I get nauseous. If I eat a small bit of protein/carb combo (think one cracker with peanut butter) right before working out and one right after then I'm fine.
When I'm rested properly, hydrated and well-fed then I don't get nauseous.0
