Hi, just started a "weight management" program. In the old days we called it a diet. Anyway, need to lose a LOT of weight. Haven't even tried to watch my diet for years so you can imagine from there. This is hard. I'm hungry all the time, I obsess about food and argue with myself...yes, no, maybe, no, just a little, no. Valentine's Day at work....oh my gosh. Thought I was going to die. Had to hold back from box of See's chocolates...the good ones. Home made cookies from the best cookie baker ever. Pure torture. But I made it. Looking forward to having group support.:bigsmile:

hahah this post made me laugh lol
i feel like this all the time, i still have to hold my nose, close my eyes and run past some food shops!!
and when i argue with myself about food, i stand staring at the food, then i reach out for it, pull my hand back, stop, debate some more, then run away hahahaha :laugh:
