First weigh in since joining - still going in the right dire

Woke up early this morning which I never usually do - perhaps because I knew I was going to weigh myself?

I went from 139 kg at the start of the year to 133 kg at the beginning of the month but I thought that most of that what just eating normally after the excesses of Christmas.

I decided to weigh myself every 2 weeks as I seemed to get stuck at 133 kg last year despite going to the gym quite regularly and eventually go out of the habit of going.

Weighed in today at 130.4 went on the cross-trainer and smashed my pb 53.44 m, I think my previous was aroung 36 m.

    Good on you!!!!! Keep it up.

    I am weighing myself only once a week as I was getting disheartened with the scales staying the same. I've recently gained 7lbs or so, dying to see the scales go the other way.

    Off to the gym tonight to do something about that!

    Yes I feel great. I've added my start of the year weight in as well so I can see how much I've lost overall.
