I know I'm not very big so it will be harder for me to burn calories the way others can. I also log my workouts on RunKeeper and take a note of calories the gym equipment says I've burned ( I always input my weight and sex first): BUT, they all are different!!!
I'm not getting hung up on calorie burn, but why would they all be different? What is the most accurate way to see how many calories you are actually burning?
Thanks :-):noway:

A good heart rate monitor. A good HRM allows you to input sex, weight, height, resting heart rate, and max heart rate. This gives you a much more accurate reading. None of them are 100% accurate but they can get you closer than the gym equipment.
