Les Mills classes

I've been having some difficulties on logging my gym exercise...

I basically do Les Mills, RPM classes, Body Balance, Body Jam and Body Pump and I don't know how to log it in my exercise, specially the Body Jam, the Body Balance and Pump.

Help please... ?

    Hi there! I loved the Les Mills classes at my old gym! I have to say the classes at the gym I go to now aren't near as good!

    For RPM I would use spinning. For Body Jam I would use Aerobics-high impact. For Pump I would do strength training/weight lifting. If you go to your exercise page and click the Database tab there is a spot on the right where you can pull down the choices. This might help you pick one for Balance because I never did that class and wasn't sure if it is more Yoga or Pilates.
