Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to put together a new diet plan to loose weight and bultd muscle, the problem is every fitness website has different views on what to have/not to have.. I'm currently following below and exercising 1.5 - 2 hours a day. Any help would be appreciated! I want to ensure I'm having a balanced diet but also keep my weight loss going! Should I be having protein shakes also? I'm worried they would push me over my calorie limit!
Bfast - 1 Multi grain toast with beans OR small porridge (water based) with raspberries OR scramed egg and grilled tomato
Snack - 1 fruit and 10 nuts
Lunch - Grilled chicken and salad
Snack - 1 fruit and low fat yoghurt
Dinner - Grilled meat and steamed vegetables
Treats - 1 skinny latte, 1 americano coffee and 1 low fat choc moose
Thanks!!

if you're working out that much you should be eating more, so you will have the calories to burn. you need to fuel all those awesome muscles you are working so hard to build.0
