Muscle Building diets/workouts?

So I have/had a fairly slender build being 6'3" and put most of weight on in the middle portion of my body.
I joined MFP and dropped approx. 25 pounds so far (still about 10 away from my ideal goal).
But the issue is I have very little upper body muscle build and would like to change that. I'll admit I mostly care about adding ot the glamour muscles (arm/shoulder/chest) lol
Are their any recomended threads/diets/workouts for this?
My typical workouts are from running, biking, and tennis. (all cardio). Looking to change things up over here.
