I have a big event coming up in T minus 37 days. I want to continue my workout routine, add in a dvd every morning before work and try to get down those last few lbs until my GW.

I really want to be looking lean for this. Do any of you have experience with a meal plan that is 0g of fat, or low carb that helps with this? Really cutting calories the few days before? Any advice at all?

Why would you want a 0g fat meal plan? Fat is GOOD for you! Your body NEEDS it. If you want to look lean try increasing weight training. You need to work the muscles to look lean or you'll just be "skinny fat" as people call it.

If you had 0 g of fat...your brain would not function well and you would look like cr@p in 37 days.

Keep working out, cut out the processed foods and eat clean. Look to books by Tosca Reno...such as the Clean Eating cookbook and make those kind of meals.

You have 37 days... while you may not be perfect in that time, you can look a lot better...just don't cut out the essential things

Carb intake has the biggest effect on bodycompisition. You should never go low fat. If anything fat should be at 0.35/lb of bodyweight, that's the bare mininal for optimum body functions. Anyway, protein increase metabolic rate, fats are vital for body function, and you can play around with your carb intake.
