Hey all..

I recently took about a month away from MFP because of personal reasons. I am, however, back and ready to go crazy again :)

I am fairly active and follow a more primal/paleo low carb lifestyle of eating. It's just what works for me. I lived the low fat high grain high fibre lifestyle for 15 years and yet held on to 15-20 extra pounds no matter what I did. So for me, this way of eating is just what the doctor ordered. I feel fantastic! I've lost 18 pounds, (though I gained 1 back over the month I was lenient).

So... I'm looking for more buddies who follow a similar type of eating plan and who enjoy an active lifestyle. PLEASE feel free to add me! I miss the socializing that came from MFP :)
