Need Heart Rate Monitor - PLEASE HELP

I am going to be investing in a Heart Rate Monitor so I can maximize my results and get true results on my Calories burned. Does anyone have any suggestions on which are the best?
I am not looking to spend massive amounts of money. There are some out there for under $30 on Amazon.com and that is ideal. I have found one I might like, please check the link below and let me know if you think this is a good buy. Or suggestions. Thank you
