Alright I am loosing my mind a little here, I have been working out A LOT in the last month and half, I worked out before that for the past few months but only like 45 mins of not too intense stuff, but in the past month and half, I have cleaned up my nutrition, eating around 1200 to 1600 (brought it up to 1600 cuz it was way too low) and the first week I dropped 10 lbs, I went up 3 lbs which I am assuming was water dropped and came back. But since then NOTHING, nothing at all. I am not quitting and still motivated to work out but I am telling you starting to wonder if the fat as not infused itself to me and refuse to leave my body. I know because of the weights I am getting firmer and that muscles weights more but come on, shouldn't I have gone down a little at this point????? I have been drinking lots of water, well not in last two days but generally I do.

Sorry, just a little detail on workout, I do 30 mins on Cross trainer 5 to 6 days a week, and I do 1 hour classes, from Body pump, body combat to Body flow about average of 4 maybe 5 days a week.0

Are you eating 1600 calories, or NETTING 1600 calories (thus eating your exercise calories back)? Based solely on your workout schedule I'd say you should eat more than 1600. Just my opinion though and I'm not an expert by any means.0
