Hello! I NEED motivation and I think I have finally found it! I started counting calories 3 days ago and I already just feel tons better! I ordered 30ds on a whim last night after spending hours reading the MSG boards and seeing all the inspirational pictures! I.m not ready to post my before pictures until I start seeing a difference myself. I have made a promise to myself to take another set of pictures after day 10 of level 1. I would like many of you to add me as I feel the more motivators I have on here the better! I will start 30ds on wednesday evening and post my measurements later that night. I've really become aware of how many calories are in the foods I eat most and portion control. I mean WOW! I really did eat more than I realized. I was always the "chubby" one in my family. I spent a lot of my childhood and teen yrs begging doctors to help me. After being tested over and over for thyroid problems and many other things, they always came back and told me I was healthy, just overweight! It's your metabolism, they would say. Eat right and exercise. I always made excuses, no time, too tired, I will do it tomorrow! But tomorrow never came. Until now! I have 3 very active little boys and I want to be healthy for them and for me! I want to love shopping for clothes for the first time ever! I want to not be embarrassed to go swimming at the neighborhood pool this summer. I CAN DO THIS and I WILL prove to myself that I can do anything! So glad I stumbled upon this site!
