Workout Routine Ideas?

Hey Everyone!
So my fitness guru/workout buddy is no longer with me. It is my fiance and he and I are joining the Navy and he just graduated bootcamp. Anyway, I lost 9lbs since he left doing the ellipitcal and Jillian Michaels' 30DS, however that's not good enough.
I am going to Navy Recruit Training Command on July 10, 2012. Before I go to bootcamp, I want to be in the best shape of my life, and no disrespect to Jillian, but I want to hit the weights instead of using just my body. I have a full gym at my apartment complex, I am planning on doing the C25K as well for my cardio most days, my problem is using the other machines.
I want to strengthen everything and tone up mostly, I want to lose at least another 10 before I go to bootcamp, though my GOAL is another 28 lbs. Anyway, does anyone wanna share their workout routine or does anyone know a good website I can go to where they give you routines and explainations of some exercises?
