Struggling

Really struggling today. Found this website about 2 weeks ago now and have lost up to 2lb (though had a bad day so probably nothing now). I put in what I weighed (138lb) and what I want to weigh(129lb) and my recommended calories is 1200. I have been tracking all food (inc snacks) every day and working out upto 3 x per week (all I can fit in really, work full time and have 2 kids to look after!!). I personally don't feel like I'm eating less calories to what I was before though as I'm always on a diet of sorts and I'm wondering if that's why I'm maintaining. Do you think I should try eating 1000 calories for a couple of weeks to see if it kickstarts me?

Any tips would be great please, I so want to get to my target asap!!
