Anyone have any *tasty* low-sodium recipes? I just realized that my sodium has been through the roof and I really need to cut back. My problem is, i *LOVE* salt - if I could carry a salt-lick around with me, I would. I just think things taste awfully bland without it. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I use low sodium salt in my cooking, have you tried that?0

I try to stay low on sodium too. One thing I try to always remember is to use fresh or frozen veggies and not canned goods.
If I can avoid those, then I'm off to a good start on any recipe. And I don't season but with a dash of salt on all meals. Then my husband can add as much as he desires. I use NoSalt too.0 -
I'm going to have to try the low/no salt substitutes. I've also been trying to use "fresh" since I discovered EVERYTHING is crazy high in sodium! Even my boneless, skinless chicken breasts! Who knew??0
