Lost almost a pound per day the last few days.

im getting more than 1200 calories most days, I dont feel like i am starving or depriving myself. all i am doing is portion control, and being conscious of how much is in what i am eating, and i have started exercising.

i know 2lbs per week is the recommended fastest you should loose weight. should i be worried that this week i have lost almost a pound per day?

    As long as you aren't under eating I would not worry about it. It will eventually slow down to a more normal rate of weight loss.

    I wouldn't be worried. Going by your ticker you have 141 lbs to lose? If so, that might explain why you're losing so fast (because you have more weight to lose). It'll go by quickly the first X number of pounds and it'll evenutally slow. As long as you're eating correctly and doing everything you're supposed to there's nothing alarming about your loss.
