Kettle bell workouts

Hi. I have been doing Jillian Michaels' Shred it with weights DVD, which i really like. I don't know how many calories i'm burning though. I can't seem to find anything about kettle bells in the exercise list. Anyone have any idea?

Looks like i may have to bite the bullet and invest in a monitor......lol. I know there are a lot of variables and not everyone doing the workout will burn the same amount. I'm just kind of surprised it isn't on the exercise list anywhere...0

i have done JM's 30 day shred, and am currently doing ripped in 30...as per what the other ladies on here have told me, i log it as "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" and the calories are close. I use 5lb weights while working out.0 -
I have done Bob's kettle ball video and it burns about 160 calories. Just did it and I wear a calorie/heart monitor.0
