Logging Insanity

To all of you doing insanity- how do you log it in your exercise??

    Best way is to get a HRM...with a chest stap! That is waht I had to do,and I was burning a TON more calories than MFP said when I was logging it High impact aerobics.

    OK that's how I logged it also. I guess I need to go shopping then :)
