Hi guys,
I went through a major surgery at the end of last year and am just getting back where I am able to start my diet and exercising again. My daughter is graduating from High School in May and I need to lose at least 25 more pounds by then. I know there is going to be lots of picture taking and I don't want to do like I usually do, and hide from the camera. In the last two years all of our family picutures are missing on person....ME! I want to be a part of my family again and not be ashamed to be in the pictures.
Then in July, I am going on a birthday trip with my sister to float down the river in inner-tubes. There is nothing but tiny bikinis everywhere. I don't plan on getting into one of those, but I would like to wear a bathing suit and actually feel confident for the first time in 10 years. That will require me to lose at least an additional 20 pounds. So all in all I've got 45 pounds to lose by July. I really feel like I can do it this time though. My husband is a runner and is helping me with my workout schedule. I am two weeks in on my second stab at this, but am going strong.
I need all the friends and encouragement I can get during this time!
I've got to do this!!!
