Power90 tracking

Hi everyone...I'm new to this site and power90... I was wondering how you track the strength training and cardio exercises??? I saw a thread but couldn't find the answer so sorry if this is a repeat question. I just want to make sure! Thanks :-)

    If you use a hear rate monitor or a way of tracking how many calories you burn per exercise, I just create them all as cardiovascular and I enter the total time and the calories burned right into MFP.
