30day shred

Does any one how many calories you burn each 20min workout when doin the 30day shred?

    Log it as circuit training. That's what I do.
  • I started yesterday and logged it as 20 minutes of circuit training.

    I have a HRM. It's actually more like 27 minutes, and I burn 275 currently on Day 9 of Level 1.
    I'm female, 5'8", 187 lbs and my average heart rate is around 160 bpm maxing at about 180.

    I recommend getting a heart rate monitor.

    seriously dont just log it as circuit training...I'd definitely reccommend a heart rate monitor. When I was logging it as circuit training MFP was giving me like double the calories that my HRM says...I'm 5'4'' 1/2 and abou 250 lbs...I've only tracked it once so far (Just got my HRM yesterday) and burned about 300ish on Level 1, (about day 4-5)

    I've got a Hrm but it's not very good so will b gettin another shortly Im 5.7 and weight 210 and if logged at around 250 ish calorie

    I don't own a heart rate monitor (I've done a lot of research and can't justify spending the money on one), but I do have pedometer which gives you calories. I know it's not accurate but it was close to what MFP says on just about everything. I just used the pulse on it.
